  All of our items arrived unbroken and on time for the scheduled delivered dates and they always called to confirm before coming. However, buyer beware that the quote you get from 1(800)packrat will not be honored here even though you book through 1(800)packrat. The first charge was more than $50 more than anticipated for initial delivery (quoted $223 since I had a 20off coupon and charged $276) Then my card was charged (without notification) for an additional $70 before I called to see what was going on. I called 1800packrat and talked to a rep who informed me NC was privately operated and I was directed to the facility in Wallace. I rehashed everything with them and was simply told they aren't officiated and to send over the quote I was given so they could "figure out what was going on". The next day I was called back and basically told tough luck we aren't affiliated with them so you can anticipate to pay more. Once my packrat was delivered to my new location I was charged $188 (again, without notification) . I logged onto my account to check balance, unknowing my Cc had been charged $188 and saw an account balance of $44 which I assumed was that amount to make up for being overcharged before and I clicked to make payment. Somehow that processed as $93. I was furious and called again to see what was going on, this time I was angrily told to get over it but the $93 was a duplicate charge but basically I had gotten a deal since they 'hadn't charged for mileage'. Overall I was quoted at $494 total for less than a month rental and move and ended up paying $624. Get this, even more ironically for someone who is not affiliated with 1800packrat the charges on your account will show up as 1800packrat. My advice? Go with pods at least they are upfront with their charges.
