  My daughter was 100 miles from home when her car broke down and had it towed to Mickey's. I am in another state. (Good candidate to be taken advantage of)
  The owner of Mickey's treated my daughter with respect and fairly. The final bill was less than the original estimate. He told me, over the phone, if you have any questions or problems come and ask, I am right up front with my customers.
